GotTickets.online
For ticket holders

Your tickets.
On your phone.

Every ticket you have ever bought here is in your account — QR codes ready to scan at the door. No app to install, nothing to print, and nothing to dig out of a six-week-old email.

Why an account helps

Stop searching your inbox
in the queue.

The email is fine until you need it at 11pm with one bar of signal and a dying phone.

Hunting for the email

  • Searching "ticket" and getting four years of receipts
  • The confirmation went to the other email address
  • You forwarded it to a friend and lost track of which is whose
  • You bought add-ons too, and those are in a different email

Opening your account

  • Everything you've bought, on one screen
  • Tap a booking, the QR is right there
  • Tickets and add-ons on the same order
  • Download the PDF or the receipt whenever you want
01
How to find them

Four taps

Do this once on the way to the venue, not in the queue.

Use the email address you bought with. If you don't remember setting a password, see the section below — you almost certainly have an account.

Open My Tickets

Everything you've bought is listed with the newest first, tickets and add-ons together on the order you placed.

Tap the booking

Your QR code is on the ticket itself. You can download it as a PDF, and grab the receipt while you're there.

Show it at the door

Screen brightness up, hold it steady, and they scan it. Each ticket scans once — that's what stops a screenshot getting in twice.

02
Can't get in?

The answer is almost always this

You have an account even if you never chose to make one.

Bought as a guest? You still have an account.

Checking out without signing up still creates an account against the email you typed at checkout — it just sets a password you were never shown. So the way in is not to register again (which will tell you the email is taken), it's to reset the password on the email you bought with. Do that once and every ticket you've ever bought here is sitting in your account.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask

Including the ones where the answer isn't the one you were hoping for.

📧
I never got the confirmation emailCheck spam first, then log in — the tickets are in your account whether or not the email arrived. If the address on the order was wrong, contact the organiser through the event page.
📱
Do I need to print anything? No. The QR on your phone is the ticket. A PDF is there if you'd rather print, but the door scans either.
👥
I bought several tickets for friendsThey're all on your order, each with its own QR. Send them the individual tickets, or just go in together and let the door scan them off your phone one at a time.
🔁
Can I cancel? If the organiser has cancellation open on that event, you can cancel from your account while the event is still upcoming. It releases the booking and notifies the organiser — the refund itself is issued by them, under the policy shown on the event page.
💵
Why was the total more than the ticket price? The ticket price is what the organiser set and what they receive. The service and card-processing charge is added on top at checkout and shown as its own line before you pay.
🔄
Can I resell or transfer it?No. GotTickets is a primary ticketing platform, not a resale marketplace — there's no transfer or resale here, which is also why nobody is reselling your event's tickets at a markup.
🎪
Something's wrong with the event itselfDates, line-up, venue, entry age and refunds are the organiser's. Their contact details are on the event page; we can help with account and login problems.

While you're here

What else the account does

Small things, but they're the reason it's worth setting that password.

🧾

Receipts on demand

Download the invoice for any order — useful when it was a work night out and somebody wants it expensed.

🍔

Add-ons in one place

Tables, drinks packages, merch and anything else you bought with the ticket, on the same order.

🔔

Hear about the next one

Promoter and venue pages have a notify signup, so the people whose nights you already go to can tell you what's next.

🔒

Your details stay yours

Venues see headcounts against their capacity, never your name or email. Promoters who email you never see your address — we relay it.

Faster next time

Your details are already in, so the next checkout is a couple of taps instead of a form.

💸

Get paid to bring people

If you're the one who always fills the room, there's a promoter account that pays commission for it.

They're already
in there.

Log in with the email you bought with — or reset the password if you checked out as a guest — and every ticket you own is one tap away.
