Why it makes sense

Stop promoting
for free.

If people already ask you what's on this weekend, where the party is, who's playing or where to get tickets — you already have the audience. The only thing missing is a way to get credit for it.

What you do now
  • You repost the flyer and send people to the event.
  • They buy, and nothing connects that sale to you.
  • You did the work and have nothing to show anyone next time.
With your own link
  • You share the same event, using your tracked link or QR code.
  • Every sale through it is credited to you, for 30 days after the click.
  • You build a record promoters can see when they're picking who to work with.
The money

There is no
flat rate.

The promoter running each event decides what it pays — per ticket, on their own event. Some pay more than others, and the figure is on the event before you ask to promote it, so you always know what you are working for. GotTickets never sets it for them.

What's open to promoters right now

$10 a ticket · 2 events

Read live from the 2 events accepting promoters today . It changes as events go on sale, so treat it as a snapshot, not a promise.

You see the rate before you commit Every promotable event shows its commission on the listing. You choose whether it is worth your audience — nobody assigns you work.
Not every ticket type has to pay A promoter can make only certain ticket types commissionable. That is shown on the event too, so check it before you push a link.
You are paid on what actually sells Commission is earned per ticket sold through your own link or QR code, and paid out through Stripe once the event has run.
Simple setup

Seven steps
to your first sale.

No inventory, no cash handling, no buying blocks of tickets. Everything below happens in your browser, and the only thing you ever hand out is a link.

Create your account

Free, and it takes a minute. You land straight on your promoter dashboard.

Find events to promote

Browse what is open to promoters and see what each one pays per ticket before you commit to it.

Apply to promote

Ask for the events you can genuinely sell. Your profile and your city go with the request.

Get approved

The organizer decides — it is their event, so they pick who sells it. You are told either way.

Get your link and QR

Generated for you, for that event. Post it, text it, or print the QR straight onto a flyer.

Promote and track it

Clicks, scans and tickets sold, live on your dashboard. A click counts for 30 days, so a sale next week is still yours.

Get paid

Commission is worked out automatically and paid through Stripe after the event. Connect your Stripe account once, before your first payout, and you chase nobody for it.

Built for promoters

Everything you need
in one account.

What you get the moment you're accepted onto an event — no extra tools to buy, nothing to install.

🔗

Your own event links

Your tracking code rides on the event page itself, so nobody you send has to remember a coupon code.

Your own QR codes

The same link as a code you can print — flyers, cards, table tents, stories, posters.

📊

Live sales, not a monthly report

Watch what your promotion is doing as it happens, instead of waiting for someone to tell you what sold.

Getting invited

Promoters can find you and invite you onto their events, so the work starts coming to you.

Second option

Rather we came to you?

If you would sooner talk to a person before setting anything up, leave your details and we will get back to you. A human reads every one of these.

It is slower than creating an account — that is the only difference. If you already know you want in, just sign up.

A couple of lines is plenty. This is what we read when reviewing you.

This puts you in the queue rather than setting up an account — if you want to start now, create your account above instead. We never post to your social accounts or share your details with anyone else.

Good to know

Straight answers.

Do all events pay the same?

No. The promoter running each event sets its own commission, and it varies. You see the exact figure on the event before you ask to promote it, so nothing is a surprise afterwards.

Does it cost anything?

No. The account is free, there is nothing to buy up front, and there is no monthly fee. You earn on tickets sold through your link.

Can I start straight away?

Yes — creating your account is instant. Getting on a specific event is the part that needs a yes: the promoter running it approves the people who promote it.

Do I have to sell a minimum?

No quota and no penalty. Promote one event or ten — you are paid on what sells.

How do you know a sale was mine?

Your link and QR code carry your own code. Anyone who buys after using it is credited to you automatically, for 30 days after they click, and you can watch it happen on your dashboard.

When do I actually get the money?

Commission is paid out through Stripe after the event has run, to the account you connect from your dashboard. Connect it before your first event so nothing is held up.

Still not sure? Ask.
