Please do
- Leave clear space around it, at least the height of the mark
- Use it at a size where it is legible
- Place it on our black or on plain white
- Scale it proportionally
Please don't
- Recolour it, outline it, or add effects
- Stretch, rotate or crop the mark
- Set it on a busy photo with no plate behind it
- Rebuild it in a different typeface

Red is the brand. The other three are not decoration — they carry meaning across the
product: cyan is the buyer, green is money, gold is venues. If you are illustrating a
story about promoter payouts, green is the correct accent.

Naming
How to write our name
✍️
GotTickets — one word, capital G, capital T. Not "Got Tickets", not
"Gottickets", not "GOTTICKETS" outside a headline setting.
🌐
GotTickets.online on first mention, when the domain matters.
"GotTickets" alone is fine after that.
🚫
Not a resale marketplace. Tickets here are sold directly by the promoter
running the event. Describing us as a resale or secondary site is factually wrong and it
is the correction we most often have to make.

Copy you can lift
One paragraph, cleared for use, no need to check with us:
GotTickets.online is a live-events ticketing platform built for independent promoters and
venues. Promoters sell directly to their own audience under their own name and are the
merchant of record for their events, so ticket money settles into their account rather than
being held by the platform. GotTickets provides the box office, e-tickets and wallet passes,
door scanning, sub-promoter commission tracking and automatic payouts. It is not a ticket
resale marketplace.

Working on a story?
We will talk on the record about how independent ticketing works, what promoters actually
get charged, and why the merchant-of-record question matters more than most coverage
suggests. If we do not know something, we will say so instead of guessing at you.
