GotTickets pays you through Stripe, the same trusted platform used by millions of businesses. Money from your ticket sales lands in your own Stripe account as tickets sell — we never hold it. How soon Stripe moves it to your bank depends on your payout standing.

2. Sell tickets
Every sale is tracked in real time in your dashboard. Buyers pay securely at checkout.
3. Get paid
Stripe deposits your earnings into your bank. New organisers are paid the day after each event; approved organisers are paid as they sell.
When do I get paid?
While you are building a track record, your earnings sit in your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank the day after each event ends. It is your money the whole time — it just stays where a refund or card dispute can still be settled from it while the event has not happened yet.
Once you have the sales and events behind you, you can apply for instant payouts. Approved, you move to Stripe’s normal rolling schedule (typically 1–2 business days after a sale clears) and are paid as you sell. Your first payout also takes a little longer while Stripe verifies your account — that is a one-off.

Safe and secure
Payments and payouts are handled end-to-end by Stripe and Plaid — bank-level security trusted worldwide. GotTickets never sees or stores your bank details, and your buyers’ card information is protected by Stripe’s PCI-compliant checkout.
