Got Tickets Online
Features

Everything it
actually does.

The complete list, in the order you'd use it — build the event, sell the tickets, get people talking, run the door, get paid. The two things that aren't live yet are marked as such, because a feature list you can't trust is worse than a short one.

01

Create it

Build the event once, properly — with the platform telling you what is still missing instead of letting you publish something half-finished.

🧱 The builder

  • A numbered builder — details, tickets, media, SEO, go live
  • A running checklist of what still needs you before it can publish
  • Upload a flyer and AI reads it and fills in the details
  • Or describe it in a sentence and let it draft the rest
  • Clone an event to repeat a night without rebuilding it
  • Nothing goes live until you say so

📝 What an event can hold

  • Title, description, excerpt, category and tags
  • FAQ, dress code, music style, age limit, additional costs
  • Thumbnail, poster, flyer and an image gallery
  • YouTube and Vimeo embeds
  • A seating chart image
  • Custom slug and a short URL per event

📍 When and where

  • Start and end date and time
  • Repetitive events and merged schedules
  • Online events with no physical venue
  • Full address with map, or pick a saved venue
  • Pickup locations and times for coach and transport events

🔐 Access and team

  • Private and password-protected events
  • Coming soon mode with a scheduled on-sale time
  • Sub-organisers — other people who can work on your account
  • Scanner accounts for staff who only scan
  • Lineup and performers per event
  • Rider agreement capture
02

Sell it

Every ticket structure a real event needs, and the money settling into your own account rather than being held by us.

🎟️ Ticket types

  • Unlimited ticket types, each with its own price and quantity
  • Per-ticket sale windows — early bird opens and closes on its own
  • A sale price alongside the standard price
  • Per-customer purchase limits
  • Donation tickets — pay what you want
  • Transport attached to a ticket type
  • Automatic sold-out per ticket and per event

More per head

  • Booking add-ons — merch, drinks, extras sold with the ticket
  • Promo codes, restrictable to specific ticket types
  • Guest lists you can build, manage and export

💳 Taking the money

  • Stripe Connect — you are the merchant of record, not us
  • PayPal, Razorpay, Paytm, Paystack and BitPay also wired
  • Offline payment instructions per event
  • Per-event currency
  • POS / box office for selling at the door
  • Failed booking recovery for payments that dropped out

📱 What the buyer gets

  • QR e-tickets, one redemption each
  • Apple Wallet passes
  • Downloadable invoices
  • A calendar feed they can add to Google or Outlook
  • Automatic reminders before the event
  • Notify-me when an event goes on sale
03

Promote it

Your own audience, a street team that pays itself, and campaigns you run from inside the same account.

📣 Your own audience

  • A public promoter page at /p/your-handle
  • Followers told whenever you announce something
  • Broadcast email to them — replies relayed, so nobody sees an address
  • Reviews on your events, with moderation

🤝 Sub-promoters

  • Find and browse sub-promoters, or let them apply to you
  • Invite a specific promoter to a specific event
  • You set the rate per event, visible before they agree
  • A tracked link, code and QR for each of them
  • Commission pays automatically on event day — no invoices
  • Per-promoter reports, exportable

📲 Social and paid

  • Instagram publishing straight from the dashboard
  • AI captions for your posts
  • An Instagram DM inbox with keyword auto-replies
  • Meta ad campaigns — objective, budget, targeting, placementsNot live yet

🚀 On the platform

  • Event Boost — paid featured placement, in tiers
  • SEO fields per event and automatic sitemap generation
  • The venue network — appear on a venue's box office page
  • The vendor marketplace to hire sound, staging, security and staff
04

Run it on the night

Door staff get exactly what they need to let people in, and nothing else — no emails, no prices, no payments.

🚪 The door

  • A door link and PIN you hand to staff — no account needed
  • Named door staff logins, scoped to one event only
  • Staff never see emails, prices or payments
  • QR scanning with single-use redemption
  • Live door counts and entry/exit tracking

📋 Before doors

  • Export your attendees
  • Guest list at the door
  • Per-event booking view for anything that needs checking

🍺 Food and drink

  • At-seat ordering from a table QR code
  • Menus per event or venue
  • A kitchen display screen with ticket printing
06

Know what happened

Whether Friday is selling, answered in two seconds — not a wall of lifetime totals that tell you nothing about the show in front of you.

📊 While it sells

  • Lifetime takings and tickets sold this month
  • A 30-day sales trend with the peak called out
  • The last sale that landed, to the minute
  • What is coming up and how each show is selling

🧮 Before you commit

  • An earnings calculator to model a show first
  • A monthly revenue chart
  • Bookings export, per event or across all of them

The two things that aren't live yet

Meta advertising. The campaign builder is finished — objectives, budget, targeting, placements, ad copy. It cannot run until our Meta credentials clear App Review. When it does, it appears in your dashboard without you doing anything.

AI image generation. Generating flyer artwork from scratch is built but switched off on cost grounds. This is not the same as flyer reading — uploading artwork you already have and letting AI fill in your event details is live today, and used constantly.

Everything else on this page is in the product now. If you find something here that you cannot do, tell us — that is a bug in the page and we will fix it.

Free to start. You only pay when you sell.

Building an event costs nothing and there is no monthly fee waiting for you if the show does not happen. Connect your own payment account and the ticket money settles to you.
