Got Tickets Online
Partner programme

Work with us,
not through us.

We are a ticketing platform where the promoter is the merchant of record and the money lands in their account. That shapes every partnership we do: we are useful to people who already own the relationship with the room, the crowd or the client — not a middleman trying to get between them.

Four routes

Ways to partner

🏛️

Venue groups

Run one room or twenty. Venues on GotTickets get their own box office, see what is happening in their space, and can settle directly with the promoters using it.

  • Your own branded box office page
  • Live view of every event in your rooms
  • Settlement with promoters, per event

Agencies & event series

Running events for clients, or a recurring series under one banner? You get one place to run all of it, with sub-promoters underneath you and commission handled automatically.

  • Multiple events under one account
  • Sub-promoters with tracked links
  • Automatic commission payouts

Technology & integrations

Building something that needs event, venue or ticketing data? Calendar feeds and wallet passes are open already; anything deeper is a conversation, and we will tell you honestly whether we can support it.

  • Public calendar and status feeds
  • Apple Wallet pass issuing
  • Deeper access on a per-partner basis

Suppliers & vendors

Sound, staging, security, bars, photographers. Promoters running events here need all of it, and our vendor marketplace is where they go looking.

  • A listing in front of active promoters
  • Job requests direct from event organisers
  • Messaging and payment in one place

Straight answers

What a partnership with us is and isn't

What you get

  • A named person who knows your account
  • Your own Stripe account, your own money
  • Your branding on the pages your customers see
  • Advance notice before anything you rely on changes

What you won't get

  • Ownership of your customer relationship taken off you
  • Your buyers marketed to behind your back
  • An exclusivity clause locking you to us
  • A tier table designed to upsell you

On that third point specifically: we do not ask for exclusivity. If you also sell through somebody else, that is your business. A platform that has to lock you in has already told you what it thinks of its own product.

Referrals

Sending people our way

There is a live commission programme for promoting individual events — a tracked link, a rate set by the promoter, an automatic payout. If that is the kind of partnership you had in mind, it exists today and you can start this afternoon.

For introducing venues or promoters to the platform itself, talk to us first. We would rather agree something specific with you than publish a referral rate we would have to water down later.

Tell us what you run and what you need

The most useful first message is a boring one: what you do, roughly how many events a year, and the thing that is currently annoying you about how you sell tickets. We will come back with whether we can help, and say so plainly if we cannot.
