3. Platform Role Disclaimer
Got Tickets Online is not an event organizer, promoter, or venue operator. We provide a platform that enables Promoters to create and sell tickets and Users to purchase tickets. All events are organized and managed solely by the Promoter. We do not guarantee event quality, safety, legality, or execution.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.
5. Key Definitions
- User: Anyone accessing the platform.
- Promoter: A user who creates and manages events.
- Sub-Promoter: A user authorized by a Promoter to sell tickets.
- Attendee: A user who purchases tickets.
- Payment Processor: Stripe.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
7. Payment Processing, Payouts, and Holds
All payments are processed through Stripe. Promoters must maintain a valid Stripe account and comply with its terms. We reserve the right to delay or hold payouts, withhold or reverse funds, and deduct refunds or chargebacks.
8. Event Creation and Responsibilities
Promoters are solely responsible for event accuracy, execution, venue, staffing, permits, and safety compliance. We may remove events, suspend accounts, or withhold funds.
9. Sub-Promoter Structure
Promoters may assign Sub-Promoters. Commission structures are determined by the Promoter. We are not responsible for disputes.
10. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are made directly from the Promoter. Got Tickets Online acts only as a facilitator.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies are set by the Promoter. We do not issue refunds unless explicitly stated.
12. Fees
Service or transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed before purchase.
13. Fraud and Abuse
We may investigate activity and suspend accounts, freeze transactions, or report to authorities if fraud is suspected.
14. Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned or licensed by Got Tickets Online and may not be used without permission.
15. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services, including Stripe.
16. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
18. Taxes
Promoters are responsible for all applicable taxes.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees.
20. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the last 3 months.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Got Tickets Online from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
22. Termination
We may terminate accounts at any time. Obligations survive termination.
23. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in New York.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York.

We may update these Terms at any time.

2. Promoter Agreement
By creating an event, you agree to this Promoter Agreement.
- You are responsible for event execution, compliance, and accuracy.
- You are responsible for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and taxes.
- All payments are processed through Stripe, and you must maintain a valid account.
- We may hold or delay payouts and withhold funds if necessary.
- You are responsible for all chargebacks, disputes, and related fees.
- If an event is canceled, you must notify attendees and issue refunds.
- You control your Sub-Promoter commission structures.
- We may remove events, freeze funds, or suspend accounts.
- You agree to indemnify Got Tickets Online.
- We are not liable for event-related issues.
- We may terminate accounts at any time.
3. Ticket Buyer Terms
- Tickets are purchased from the Promoter.
- Refunds are determined by the Promoter.
- Events may be changed, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.
- You must comply with all venue rules and entry requirements.
- We may cancel fraudulent tickets.
- We are not responsible for event experience, injury, venue issues, or event execution.
4. Privacy Policy Summary
- We collect user and transaction data.
- We use data to process transactions and improve the Service.
- We may share data with promoters and processors.
- We implement safeguards but cannot guarantee complete security.
- Users may request access or deletion.
- We use cookies to enhance user experience.
5. Refund Policy
- All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
- Promoters are responsible for refunds when an event is canceled.
- If an event is rescheduled, tickets may remain valid or be refunded at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Got Tickets Online does not guarantee refunds.
