The short version

Four things worth knowing

Your link is yours. Every affiliate gets their own tracked link per event. A sale is attributed to whoever's link the buyer came through, and it is recorded against the booking itself.

The promoter sets the rate. Commission is agreed per event by the promoter running it, not fixed by us. You see the rate before you agree to promote, and it cannot be changed retroactively on a sale you have already made.

Payout is automatic. You do not request it and you do not invoice anyone. The platform pays affiliate commission on its own schedule once the event comes round.

You can see every sale. Your dashboard lists the bookings your link produced and what each one earned, so the payout is never a number you have to take on trust.

Step by step

How it actually works

Sign up as a sub-promoter. It is a free account. You do not need to run events of your own, and you do not need a company — you need somewhere to be paid.

Get matched to an event. Either a promoter invites you to promote theirs, or you find an event and request to promote it. Both sides have to agree, which is what stops random links attaching themselves to someone's event.

Share your tracked link. Stories, group chats, flyers, your own following — wherever your people are. Every ticket bought through that link is attributed to you at the moment of purchase.

Watch it land. Sales appear against your account as they happen, with the commission each one earned.

Get paid automatically. Affiliate commission is transferred out on the day the event runs — the platform's daily payout job handles it. From there it settles to your bank on your payment provider's normal schedule.

What you earn and when

Commission is a share of the ticket price on the sales your link produced. It is set per event by the promoter, so there is no single platform rate to quote — a big room on a Saturday and a midweek show are not the same deal, and pretending otherwise would just mean lying to one of them.

Timing is the part people most want straight, so: commission pays out on the day the event takes place, not on the day the ticket sold. That is deliberate. Tickets get refunded, events get moved, and paying commission the second a card clears would mean clawing money back off people afterwards — which is a far worse experience than waiting.

Common questions

The bits that trip people up

⏱️

"Can I request my payout early?" No — and the button is deliberately not there. Affiliate commission is paid by the automatic run on event day. Nothing is lost by not being able to ask; it is coming either way.

"What if a ticket I sold gets refunded?" Then there was no sale, and there is no commission on it. Refunds are handled by the promoter running the event.

"Can I promote more than one event?" Yes, as many as you can get agreed. Each one is its own arrangement with its own rate and its own link.

"Do I get the buyers' details?" No. You see that a sale happened and what you earned on it. Buyer contact details stay with the event, and that is a hard line — it is their data, not a lead list.
