Commissions are paid through Stripe according to the event's payout policy, after applicable review and adjustments for refunds or disputes.

Important: earning a commission is not the same as receiving a payout.

Your dashboard shows earnings and payment status. Payout timing depends on the event's terms, approval and Stripe eligibility. Never share your bank details with other promoters.

Questions about your money?

Do I need a Stripe account before I join?

You can submit a promoter application first. Complete the Stripe Connect onboarding shown in your GotTickets account before you can receive eligible payouts. Any additional eligibility rules are shown during enrollment.

How does GotTickets know which sales are mine?

Your unique referral link and QR code connect eligible ticket purchases to your promoter account. Check your dashboard for attributed sales and commissions. Attribution follows the event’s referral rules.

When will I actually receive my money?

Your commission is sent to your connected Stripe account. When it reaches your bank depends on your Stripe payout schedule.

What happens if a ticket is refunded?

Refunds, canceled orders and disputes may reduce or reverse commissions under the event’s promoter terms. Pending commissions are not guaranteed payouts.

How do I set up Stripe?

Open your GotTickets promoter dashboard and follow the secure Stripe Connect setup. Stripe may request identity verification and bank information. Do not send banking details to an organizer or another promoter.
