HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO DRINK?

You must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID.

Room and bed configurations are subject to hotel availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

ARE THE HOTEL ROOMS NON-SMOKING?

Yes. Hotel rooms and hotel facilities are non-smoking unless specifically designated otherwise by the property.

PLEASE BE ON TIME.

Motorcoaches cannot be held for late passengers because delays affect every guest and the entire weekend schedule.

DO I NEED IDENTIFICATION TO BOARD THE BUS?

Yes. Guests should travel with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Identification may also be required for hotel check-in, event wristbands, alcohol service, and other activities.

CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL ON THE MOTORCOACH?

Alcohol consumption aboard a motorcoach is subject to the transportation provider's and driver's policies.

If permitted, alcohol must be consumed responsibly.

Glass containers are prohibited.

CAN I WALK AROUND WHILE THE BUS IS MOVING?

For everyone's safety, passengers should remain seated while the motorcoach is in motion and follow all instructions provided by the driver.
