own tickets.

Set your price, and keep all of it. The service fee is added at checkout and paid by the buyer, Stripe pays you into your own account, and the people who bought are your customers, not somebody else's mailing list.

Why switch

You did the work.
Somebody else took the cut.

You promoted it, you filled it, you ran the door. Then you waited to be paid out of your own money.

The way it usually goes

  • Fees come out of your ticket price, so you raise it to compensate
  • The money sits with the platform until after the event
  • The buyer list is theirs — you get a CSV if you're lucky
  • No way to prove which promoter actually sold anything
  • Your event lives on a page that also advertises other events

With GotTickets

  • You set the face price and net that exact figure
  • Stripe pays your own connected account — we never hold it
  • Your buyers are in your dashboard, and you can email them
  • Tracked links per promoter, so credit goes where it's earned
  • Promo codes, add-ons and QR check-in in the same place

How it works

Five steps to on sale

Steps 1 and 3 you do once. After that it's 2, 4 and 5, every event.

Create your account

Register and pick Organiser as your account type. Free, and about a minute.

Build the event

Date, venue, artwork, description and however many ticket types you need — general, VIP, early bird, tables.

Connect Stripe

Ticket money is paid into your own Stripe account. Until it's connected, there's nowhere for it to land.

Needed to get paid

Price it properly

Run the venue, DJ, entertainment and marketing costs through the Event Earnings Calculator and see your break-even before you go on sale.

Launch, sell and scan

Share the link, hand tracked links to your promoters, watch it sell, and check people in at the door with QR.

02
Your toolkit

What comes with the account

All of it is included. There is no tier that unlocks the useful half.

🧮

Event Earnings Calculator

Model venue, DJ, entertainment and marketing costs against ticket price, and see break-even and projected profit before you sell one.

📈

Live sales dashboard

Tickets sold, revenue and remaining capacity, moving while the event is on sale — not a report you request afterwards.

🎫

QR check-in

Scan tickets at the door from a phone. The headcount updates as people come in, and duplicates get caught.

🔗

Tracked promoter links

Give each promoter their own link and QR. Every sale is credited to them for 30 days after the click, and you see who actually sells.

👥

Sub-promoter network

Let your promoters recruit their own people, set the commission per event, and let the payouts run themselves on the day.

🏷️

Promo codes & add-ons

Discount codes, bundles, merch and extras — sold through the same checkout as the ticket, on the same payout.

🏛️

Venue partners

Host at a venue on the platform and the room sees your night on its calendar — approvals and settlement in one place.

The money

Exactly what you keep

Every line of this is the live configuration, not a pricing page written once and forgotten.

🎯
You set the face price, and you net the face priceThe platform commission and the card processing fee are added on top at checkout and paid by the buyer — they do not come out of the number you set.
🏦
Stripe pays you directlyCharges go to your own connected Stripe account. We never hold your ticket money, so there is no platform balance to wait on or request.
📉
The platform takes 3%That is our whole cut. It is collected as a Stripe application fee on each sale, and it is on the buyer's total, not deducted from yours.
💳
Card processing is Stripe's standard rate2.9% + $0.30 per order, plus Stripe's 1.5% on international cards. It's covered in the buyer's total too.
🤝
Promoter commission is yours to setYou choose a flat amount per ticket on each event, and only on the events you make promotable. Nothing is deducted unless you turned it on.
🚫
No listing fee, no monthly fee, no contractCreating an event and putting it on sale costs nothing. If you sell nothing, you pay nothing.

Worked from the live fee settings, so it can't drift out of date. The gross-up is sized for the worst case (an international card), so a domestic sale nets you slightly over face rather than under.

Straight answers

What this is — and what it isn't

The things worth knowing before you move an event, not after.

What you get

  • A primary ticketing platform — tickets sold by you, at your price
  • Your buyer list, in your dashboard, exportable
  • Sub-organiser roles — POS, scanner and manager accounts for your team
  • Payouts on your own Stripe account, on Stripe's normal schedule
  • Support for multi-date and recurring events

What we're not

  • Not a resale marketplace — nobody flips your tickets here
  • Not a ticket bank — we never hold your money, so we can't withhold it
  • Not an audience broker — we don't market your buyers to other events
  • Not exclusive — sell wherever else you like at the same time
05
Your people

Put promoters to work

The part most platforms leave you to run out of a group chat and a spreadsheet.

📣

Make the event promotable

Flip it on and set a flat commission per ticket. Only the events you choose, at the rate you choose.

🔎

Find promoters, or be found

Browse sub-promoters by city and read their profile, or approve the ones who request your event.

✉️

Invite by email

Send an invitation to the people you already work with; they accept with their own account.

⏱️

30-day attribution

A click today still credits the promoter if the sale lands next week — so nobody argues about who brought whom.

💸

Payouts run themselves

Commission is paid out through Stripe on the event date. You do not chase anyone for bank details.

🏆

See who actually sells

A per-promoter breakdown of clicks and sales, so next time you know who to give the good event to.

Your event.
Your money.

Creating an event and putting it on sale is free. Set your price, connect Stripe, and keep every dollar of the number you set.
